Flames had really taken over the 5 on 5 play, but every time they gain momentum, they cough up the puck on their own blueline and add wind to the Leafs' sails

I don’t know if it is a coaching thing but that Leaf powerplay shows what happens when you just throw pucks to the net. For whatever reason the Flames seem reluctant to do that. They pass to the point where they don’t ever even get a shot.
