Agreed about Taysom, love that guy.
I’m old, but it was like the Wade Wilson Vikings coming in against an overconfident Saints team and blowing them out. Just way too many mistakes, and one of the worst play calling games of Sean’s career.

I'm starting to think all Eagles backups are better than their starter.

We’re a Russell Wilson injury away from this being designated a preseason game.

This drive exemplifies what is wrong with the Seahawks D. They'll fail to get off the field on long downs on extended plays again and again when the drive should be done. If Seattle doesn't get up at least a score playing against this beaten up team with no QB for a full quarter before the half, they deserve to be on the wrong end of a storybook ending (whether it's a 40 year old QB grinding out a win or a second half comeback by an injured Wentz).

Not surprising to me. His offensive line is hopelessly bad. Ifedi is basically a 12th man for the other team he takes so many penalties. Hunt is even worse but I can't give him too much grief, he shouldn't be playing regular snaps in the NFL and is only there becauseof an injury.

Bad football from two bad teams. Either will get smoked in GB.

Wilson is actually missing throws.

Is it bad that in a game with a missed face mask and a missed offsides call that would have given Seattle a first and 10 inside the Eagles' 30, that I think this has been a relatively well refereed game so far?

Seahawks were smart for tanking that last game, got the easy matchup. I’m not bitter, haha.

not sure of Brees playoff stats but i dont think he has ever really been a great playoff player. If not for Favre's terrible throw in the NFC game years ago, Brees is likely the best QB to not win a super bowl.

He's declined somewhat now as they throw a lot of short passes and he can't throw deep like he used to. He's still incredibly smart and makes good decisions but his ball has lost some pop and he can't make all the passes he used to.

Haha No, do some research. Guy has been murdered by average/awful defences, he was ordinary today, but certainly not the norm.

Here's that permissive Seattle defense again... just making it really easy on their opposition and putting the whole game on Wilson's shoulders.

This will be big news in Philly. Part of being a franchise QB is being able to participate in big games and the playoffs for your organization.

Because he should be playing with a concussion right?
