The difference is the Flames can't finish. They get their chances, but they have no pure goal scorers.

Treliving has never made any sort of meaningful player-for-player trade mid-season, but I really think this is the year that he needs to change that philosophy.

Hamonic needs to be healthy long enough to get traded man.
If treliving is overly conservative in dumping out assets this year, you gotta really question his asset valuation and 'loving your own player' syndrome.

Not even watching, but five minutes of radio was enough to make me sick to my stomach.
What's with this Anaheim voodoo in Vegas too? The flames play well and the breaks STILL go the knights way.
#### off.

Watch our top line C right before that goal. He literally goes fetal position when lightly crosschecked. What a pu&&y.

Yes he hits the odd guy. My grandmother, when she was alive, could do the same thing.

The effort is there tonight, actually. But it just doesn’t seem to work for them. So depressing to watch...

Our hopes at this point rest on a blockbuster trade to shake this up.

Similar team to last year other than the 3 former Oilers we picked up.

Kylington is bad at the defense part of being a defenseman.

This team never looked the same after the All-Star Break.

He's protecting himself from taking a puck to the head/neck.
Remember what happened to Langkow?

Do you think it’s a philosophy or is that type of trade just hard to find and execute?

That is the worst part. It isn't like they are lazy. They just can't do anything.

They really haven’t.
Been this way all season though. Just can get a goal in the big moments and give up too many goals in big moments.
Really does feel like 17-18 all over again.

Flames are about to go 2 games, without scoring a goal, and in 3 games only scoring one goal.
Flames are playing bad. The results speak for themselves.
