They work if it suits the personnel and the players execute. But, as Gaskal showed the other day, it's a system used by Babcock, so it's not like it's a bad system conceptually.

Nah, you do not get it.
When the tram performans well it is because the players are great, when the tram performans poorly, it is because Glue Gun uses those bull#### systems utilized by 75%of the league.
