Riders are 5-24 in the regular season since Labour Day 2014 when they were 8-2. In addition they've lost 4 straight preseason games and have a playoff loss during that span as well.

His rant about the team being garbage points the fingers at the GM for not bringing in enough good players and the coach not putting the players in position to win. In Montreal that happens to be one man who's very lucky to still be living off past glory or he would be on the street.
