I think it will drive them next season. Sam Bennett's confidence seemed to improve with every game. The move he made in the 2nd period to get past the forward and almost past the defencemen made me smile. He will be so much fun to watch next year.

Agreed re: Bennett. I noticed him more in the defensive zone as well as the series went on, anticipating really well and breaking up plays.

It's crazy to think that after the seasons Gaudreau and Monahan had, Bennett is probably the best of the three.

I love what Hartley did at the end of the game. He didn't hesitate to shake Boudreau's hand when the goal was scored, he went and calmed down Ramo and no doubt congratulated him on a great performance, and was pure class in his press conference afterwards.

Anyways, glad there's a picture of this, which was seen in the broadcast after Perry had his leg shot off....Engelland at it again with lining up the handicap match, and the look on his face "Yeah, here we go again, I got this...again" is beauty.

Fitting that the two of the three biggest losers on the Ducks were being held off by one Flames player.

I like Getzlaf when he isn't whining to the refs, but could care less for the rest of the Ducks. Hopefully they get blown out in 4 games by the Hawks.

Yawn. There was nothing wrong with him. Injured players don't run like the hell down the hallway acting like there is a sniper in the crowd.

Perry has a long rep of acting like a loser. Not even the refs believed his blatant embellishment.

Loved everything we got from the Flames in this surprise season -- it was a ride to enjoy! Sad ending (but inevitable given their inexperience) - but fun nonetheless!! A bright future if everyone keeps their focus. Love Bob Hartley - he has a long future with the club if he can keep them motivated the way he did this year.

Thanks for the memories - thanks for the ride - thanks for the fun!
