That was such a fun game to be in the dome! Wow. I've never heard such a loud cheer for an empty net goal. Amazing atmosphere.

Yeah Baby!!! Playoffs! What a season, what a ride. I dare to say that this season may top 2004. My face is so happy that it can grow a playoff beard for the first time in 5 years although the wife is probably not going to like it  . Lets.Go.All.The.Way.Boys!!! 7 game segments and we got this!

What a game!
I think the poise and mental strength of the team excites me as much as the playoffs do. Ever since that game 7 against the Ducks, the Flames had routinely come out flat and underperformed in big games. This year, this team routinely comes out clutch in the big games.
Credit to the Kings though. Their physical play definitely had an impact. Lots of rabbit ears on the Flames players in the first half of the 3rd. But they kept working hard and overcame.
Onward.
