Yeah, you can't call that hitting from behind, Glencross turned at the last second.

I'd not be surprised we see a different goalie starting the 3rd.

Agreed. In a year they are supposed to do worse than last. See who produces, then cut a lot of dead weight.

McGrattan want to fight. At least we'd win that...

They're going to score a lot of goals. Kind of feel bad for Hiller, 4 goals is a little misleading. He's been ok.

Which bounces have those been? First goal was a misplay by Setoguchi.
Second goal was a pretty tip. Third goal was a bounce off the board that Hiller over committed to. Fourth goal was hard work.
Calling them lucky bounces is letting the Flames off the hook.

Yeah this game is teaching me that sobriety is horrifically overrated.

I don't like to complain about the reffing usually, but tonite has been terrible. Scrum after every whistle and the Flames get the only penalty. The penalty Engelland got against the boards wasn't a penalty and then Backes stands and crosschecks a guy 4-5 times and no call.
But then again I hate Backes and wish he would get hurt somehow.

Nope. Sadly we still have a long way to go before that word can ever be used to describe the Calgary Flames.

No it wasn't. He was chasing the puck back and Engelland stepped in front of him instead of backing up to get a pass. Just because you hate Setoguchi doesn't make everything he does a brutal play.

Lapierre sure shut up quick.
Too bad Reaves is being a baby tonight. Backed away from 3 fights, then shoves Grats after the whistle. Hope they get out of the box at the same time and just go right to it
