This is a damn boring game. The Flames' are really showing a lack of any skill this game.

This is not a coaching issue. It's a talent issue. (Yes, I know Sven isn't playing)

Galiardi is going to score tonight, best game in a while for him. Much better period overall for this team, but we have no chance.

Seems that the PP went south when Colbourne joined it. So did the team actually.

Coach is probably at the same level of the talent. Not a good combination.

You can tape Roy, belfour, brodeur AND kipper this time around and we will still not win this game. That's how good the blues are.

Man has the Blues gotten away with a lot of slashes to arms tonight. The Flames are going to have some bruises tomorrow.

It's taken me a while to buy into it, but the Blues are a true Stanley Cup Contender this year. It shows and we are a few years away from it.
I like Berra, Russel, Gialardi and Reinhart out there. All had pretty strong periods.

Pretty much all of the Flames' players have had trouble keeping their feet moving this game.
Not that I expected the early-season hustle to be on display for every single game this season.
I'd say this is pretty indicative of the skill level of this team, and this is what they'll look like on nights when they aren't able to outwork the other team.

Production from the Monahan line has been inversely proportional to Colborne's ice-time...
coincidence?
