He had a good game against Washington - took a hit to get the puck out of the defensive zone and took another hit to keep the puck deep in the offensive zone on Bouma's goal (and picked up an assist).
He's a good 4th line guy.

I think with Kerr, what bugs me is his constant changing gears between calling the play and being an analyst. Often during play. I mean, call the play instead of musing about Baertschi responding to Burke with a backcheck. That's something for the color guy to add.

Baertschi has popped up in the defensive zone quite a few times the last 2 games. He's breaking up plays & playing solid & responsible hockey. You watching, Burke? Maybe a bit of negative press has been a good motivator.
