Don't forget Edmonton. They only have an AHL team.

I'd say the Coyotes stay in the West and go to
Seattle, Portland, Kansas City, Houston or Las Vegas.

Thinking the Bell - Rogers partnership with the Leafs won't last with one of them (Bell) accepting a Toronto expansion franchise that will play in the West. TSN gets the regional rights to the new team. QC should fit in somewhere, I just don't know where.

The conferences are already unbalanced, no way that you see a team in the west move east

My guess is Florida moves to Seattle, and Quebec City gets an expansion team.

Toronto then gets their second team and Columbus moves back to the west.

Need a couple western more based teams to even out the conferences, no more eastern teams.

And one francophone team is headache enough..

There are whispers that there are three franchises struggling badly, and could be relocated. NYI, FLA and PHO.

NYI are moving to Brooklyn. No chance they get relocated prior to that.

In an ideal world - FLA to QUE, and PHX to SEA

FLA ownership have a sweetheart deal in their arena. Doubt they'll move.

If I recall, the sweetheart deal is tied to having a hockey team as a tennant in the building.

They're in the midst of demanding more money from the county claiming losses.

If they have a great arena deal but still lose money, then that can't be good.

Apparently it's not as lucrative as previously thought:

Quebec City authorizes night construction on new arena. Looks like they are moving heaven and earth to be ready for Fall 2015 . . .
