Sure did. Don't think the NHL Gm's have heard though. Crickets on the trade front so far. Usually around this time things start picking up.

well to be fair the deadline in on a fake day, what are they to think, maybe its not till march 29 ....

A few deals lead up to it. Sometimes a bunch the week before. But for the most part the market isn't set until the day before or day of the deadline so the vast majority of moves will be made within 24 hours of the deadline.

Just gonna have to be patient and wait the week+. Hudler's value is likely highest on Feb 29.

Im sure they want to move Kadri. I think there was some talk of that earlier in the season. Don't think I want that guy on the Flames though. Grab Bernier and maybe someone like Shawn Matthias. Audition Matthias and find out if he could be a viable replacement for Colborne or Jooris next season. Always liked Matthias' game. Too bad he was a Canuck once.

I could see a Bernier for Ortio+Raymond/Smid deal. Leafs dump a goalie contract and get a look at a prospect that once looked good about a year ago. Flames add a goalie and dump one of their bad contracts as well

Flames could use Lars Eller IMO. 2.5 million a season for %50 faceoff percentage?

EDIT: Looks like his cap hit is 3.5m a year. Two seasons left though. Still, Guy could use a different scene, and the Flames can really use use FO experience.
