Nah, you just post way too much in proportion to other posters that you think so.

Yes, it's very hard to have an actual conversation because every response is incredibly antagonistic.

Why does it matter what I think the price will be? Judging by the trajectory of humanity, probably 1 hundred billion dollars. It doesn't make it rational.

Lol the price is obviously relevant...it was relevant to you guys when you were predicting the demise. You were going on about how microstrategy might fail...the price is gonna go up how will they fail? You think they panic sell on a dip? Because they wont, they will buy more for a discount.

Higher price=lower volitility

The issue becomes if they can't raise funds to "buy more" and the price is lower then the debt they issued and/or (both really as they are mostly convertible notes) they cant service the debt long term / raise more funds.

Then they go bankrupt / have to start flooding the market with BTC to service the debt causing lower prices cause them to have to sell more, etc.

Debt fueling BTC purchasing is exactly the sort of thing that can cause a catastrophic crash in the price.

Now MS is targeting institutional investors and by offering convertible notes to their stock/shares it may mitigate this as long as the long term confidence in BTC holds. There would be a point where a low enough share price (driven by BTC falling prices) effectively meant that no one holding convertible notes converted to shares and instead took the redemption price.

Lots of good info here - But since these notes have first priority/claim it would be all the other shareholders who get screwed / get nothing if MS share price plummets and they have to liquidate their BTC

Always the same dead end in every discussion. Either it runs off into BTC, a price prediction or whining about the big bad top5 for pointing out his ways.

But that doesn’t do anything to explain why micro strategy the stock has a higher value than the bitcoin it possesses. What is the value prop in buying a bitcoin holding company worth more than the bitcoin it possesses.

Essentially why aren’t large investors buying and storing bitcoin directly rather than paying a 2.5x premium for it.

You respond to every single post like you’re the host of the thread.

If you’d like to make use of the ignore feature, feel free to send me a PM and I’ll be happy to explain in simple terms the way to do it, and honestly I promise I won’t even whine about receiving the PM in every thread all over the board for a year afterwards!

Nearly every post mentions me as I am the most successful Crypto investor here. Even if it eats you up inside to the point you post about nothing else.

Top5 will be on his deathbed cursing that I just got lucky as my spoiled grandkids drive around in their Ferrari's.

How do you know you’re the most successful crypto “investor” here? Most people aren’t so insecure that they need to publicly discuss their financial situations ad nauseam on the internet like you do.

Just a guess, there are 8.2B people on earth and about 100,000 Crypto wallets with a higher $$ than mine. Most of the usual suspects in this thread were anti Crypto from the start so I doubt they would have bought and held through multiple cycles.

When you mock and slander me about being right and question everything I post so I will put up the track record. You came with the trash talk and I am merely saying "scoreboard"

My buys were posted, mocked and slandered when they were down, and now somehow still mocked when they are up 9500%. Talk about insecure.
Clearly you’ll never get it.

Clearly you can't handle that I was right all along...don't worry you aren't alone. Moving on with your life would probably be best though...My Crypto portfolio will continue grow exponentially and this thread will age like a fine wine for me. You will complain the the fundamentals aren't there or I just got lucky ect.

End of the day it doesn't matter...what I said would happen, happened and will continue to happen over the years and decades.

Now he is creating other threads about it lol, seriously get help...

Back to relevant conversation the Canadian dollar is about to be absolutely obliterated thanks to the Trump presidency.

Personally I think exchanging cash for your favourite Crypto would be a good move

Hilarious I just posted the same thing in the other thread. Wondering if we will see C$ below US$0.60 in the next six months.

Man I should have converted at $0.80. I thought about it.

We are so screwed.
