I don't have any updates as the email string involved my work address. Maybe Redvan or Cowboy can give another update. It may end up being like a glorified scrimmage, but still will be nice to swing the bat one more time before the winter.

I think there will be a good turnout. I am now a 50/50, I have to see how I am feeling. Just about dead here with another cold. This makes 2 in the last 3 weeks. And this one is just starting, so I hope I get over it quickly.

Huge win by default. Only 2 Central team members braved the SW assault.

The grudge match is done, bragging rights are settled once and for all.

BBQ was awesome troy and his wife are great cooks!!!! I was supposed to go to keg for my sisters birthday and now I don't need to eat so my 10 bucks was worth it!!!!

You see, I was on the winning team yesterday, so by my reckoning, Central beat SW.

Next year we're going to have to schedule the intersquad game right at the start of the year, and set it like two months in advance. Make it part of the schedule.

That's a good idea, but what will you do if your team comes down with the SW-flu again?

Seriously though, I'm sorry I ditched out on you all. I'm moving and had to pack and clean and such, which still isn't done, but that's another story. Also, I hurt myself, so I would have been ineffective anyway.

All we really wanted to do was give SW their second 'win' of the season.

So, does everyone on my team remember our little friend whom we let play and then he never showed up again? Well who did I see at a concert slamming back the beer? That's right. I did my best to avoid him, but he was buying beer with his mom and I'm wondering what the hell he needs beer for. Anyhew, thought I'd share.

I've seen this guy a few times at Viper games and at a Stamps game I think... he did not recognize me at all. That was a good thing.

He's a guy of, shall we say, below normal intelligence, who hung out at the Marlborough diamonds from time to time. One day, after a game had ended but we were batting the bottom of the seventh for fun, we let him take a bat. He cracked a dribbler for a home run on a 0-7 count and was so excited he tried to get a little touchy-feely with some of the girls on the team.
