Calgary to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil - $661 to $701 CAD roundtrip including taxes | no visa required in June

The $662 CAD flights are in April and May 2016. But what might be even more interesting is that June 2016 flights have dropped to $702 CAD roundtrip. This is interesting because Brazil is waiving the visa requirement for tourists visiting between June 1 and September 18, 2016, due to the Summer Olympics.

Normally, an expensive visa is required to visit Brazil, and can take a while to get. During the June-September exemption period, a valid Canadian passport will be the only document required to visit Brazil.

This could be a rare opportunity to take advantage of historically low airfares to Rio de Janeiro, without having to worry about getting a visa in time.

A ticket to the Olympic games is not required for the visa-free entry.

British Airways is showing flights from Calgary to Marrakech, Morocco for $689 CAD roundtrip including taxes.

A ridiculous price for sure, but these flights do require an overnight stay in London in each direction, which should be factored into the cost.

So I've been told we are going to Maui in April. I know its far to early to book or even look at flights right now, but is there a site to track when to buy flights or get alerts?

You can try setting up an alert on Kayak or Hopper.

This year the cheap flights to Maui for March/April/May/June travel started appearing around late February to early March...

It's even crazier than that. Prices are down to $438 roundtrip, and there's currently a Flight Centre promotion where they are taking $100 off of roundtrip international flight prices to certain destinations around the world, and Dublin is one of them.

So it's currently possible to book flights from Calgary to Dublin on various dates between the last week of August 2016 and February 2017 for $338 CAD roundtrip including taxes!

The Flight Centre promo ends tomorrow (June 30, 2016).

Some of the Flight Centre locations are charging 'service fees' of $20 per ticket. I've heard from a few people that the Flight Centre in Calgary (Kensington) is not charging the service fee.

Judging from the origins and destinations they are now offering, it looks to me like GoJumpOn has changed it's concept, and has now become a website to bid on New Leaf flights (which are actually operated by Flair Air).

The promo code works on a large variety of international destinations from YYC. It expires today at 10PM.
