That last reason alone is good enough reason to lock it and change the title. Even if it is just a coincidence it's a minor enough impact that it makes no logicial sense not to just close it and change the name.

Couple options here:

1. Stop posting in the thread. If you want it to die, kill it yourselves. Stop bumping it.
2. Start a new E=NG thread if it’s that important to you. Starting threads is free.

I’m more worried about Textcritic since we haven’t heard from him in a few months than I am about what this thread is called or if it exists at all. Edmonton will always be no good to Flames fans regardless of whatever name is chosen or whether we have a thread for it, so this truly does not matter.

I liked the thread title. I get a lot of enjoyment out of bashing the No Goods.

I like to think of myself as a rational being in control of my own destiny without the intervention of any mystical forces.

However, much like the death bed conversions, who am I to not hedge a bet? Clearly, something is off given the outcome of these playoffs. Maybe, just maybe, this thread is the sole cause of everything. If it is not, no loss suffered. If it was, and we do nothing, how do we live with ourselves?
