That speech is basically what you would get if Trump knew how to use Twitlonger.

A Biden Presidency will keep the country in the middle. and force bipartisanship, something they all forgot to do the last few years. At this point it is pretty imperative that they get this ballot count done and move on. Every hour that is wasted Trump becomes more crazy and stupid.

I heard an interesting anecdote from when Biden was VP and the GOP controlled the senate. McConnell refused to work with the Democrats in the senate but specifically said he could work with Biden. Maybe this go round could be a bit more bipartisan?

Except for the senators that are in blue states. The Republicans don't have that large of a majority anymore. The Dems won't be shut out.

I am actually referencing that.
It is the best the US has to expect right now, since the DNC completely screwed up the entire election otherwise.
GOP has:
Supreme Court Majority
Gained 10-15 seats in the House, maybe more
Senate Majority
That despite Trump being a terrible President, though his approval ratings are much better than most other outgoing Presidents.
If anyone looks at this election as anything other than a massive DNC failure, they are wrong. Biden winning is the only way to salvage what is left.

It shouldn't really matter how many things you vote for. A computer can easily add a ballot to an automated list that keeps track of each selection. I get that someone would have to feed in the ballots though.
|
In many states you have to verify signatures, verify that all of the envelopes are correctly assembled, the observers get some input.
Florida spends like 3 days before the election preparing ballots for counting in the machines.
As an aside in every Canadian election each ballot is counted 1 by 1 on a tally sheet and this was the process for provincial elections as well until they recently did the scantron ballots.

Are there really unsolicited mail in ballots? If that is real, how many of them are there? Doesn't sound real.

Yeah, but McConnell also cited Merrick Garland as the sort of nominee that the Republicans would approve... So I don't really expect McConnell to hold his word on any sort of bipartisanship.

In Nevada and California I believe they send out mail in ballots to all voters in Advance unsolicited.
It’s why the Nevada numbers aren’t as blue on the mail ins as say philly.
