That at bat was so embarrassing. Sanchez was basically the person in softball that cannot hit, so they just stand at the plate and hope the pitcher cannot get 3 strikes on them.

It was complete stupidity on Gibbons part. Sanchez pitched 7 strong innings, but was looking to slow down the last inning. There is no way he should be going out for an eighth inning.
Edit: Especially with the talk about Sanchez having an innings limit.
