I keep hearing the McReferee comment about how other teams had to lose before winning. How much losing did they have to do? I mean lets look at the Oiler lessons since McReferee arrived on the scene.
2016 - Missed playoffs
2017- Lost Conference semi finals (won one round)
2018 - Missed playoffs
2019 - Missed playoffs
2020 - Lost qualifying round (won 0 rounds)
2021 - Lost first round (won 0 rounds)
2022 - Lost conference final (won 2 rounds and were swept in the conference final)
2023 - Lost conference semi final (won one round)
That's 8 seasons of lessons now Connor. You all must be slow learners.
