I watched the end of the game. Whoever Quinn’s replacement on the propaganda broadcast team finished off his call with... “the Oilers could come all the way back.”

That phrase is meant for when you lose by 1, not 2.
There wasn’t an empty net goal either.
They couldn’t even come some of the way back.

If I'm an Oilers fan I'm worried that Conna has looked really uninterested and poor in every game but the hat trick game where he got 4 of his 5 points.


Draisaitl has 4 of his 5 points in the second game against Vancouver and has yet to score.


2-11 on the pp with 2 shorties against, in other words because in CaptainCrunch's advanced stats, shorthanded goals should be a minus 2 against pp, they're -2 out of 11.


I said that their power play and penalty kill last year were a 1 time thing. Now they have horrible specials and are terrible 5v5. They're this years Oakland Seals. Ugly jerseys and a just a bad team.


Even Tippet's hail mary reuniting Draisaitl and McDavid failed.


Oh and did I mention, McDavid looks awful out there.
