actually rosebud was Willian Randolph Hearst's nickname for his mistresses, um lets go with 'fun part', the whole movie was a dig at him but the fact if revolved around that word was Welles great eff you in particular.

I loved it. Probably one of my favorite marvel movie tbh. Maybe cause I'm Chinese and grew up with Kung Fu movies, but you couldn't wipe the smile off my face. It felt like a big production Kung Fu movie with a Marvel budget and framework
I love how it also integrated many of the values and traditions I grew up with as well.

Shang Chi will be the first marvel movie I will watch since Dr. Strange.
In the summer I "made" my kids watch like 20 Jackie Chan movies from the 80s and early 90s and one of them saw the bus fight scene on youtube. So I guess we are going...
Plus I'm huge Tony Leung fan too. Hopefully there won't be too much CG..

There is CgI for sure, but the fight scenes are so well coregraphed. A great mix of stylized wire fu, and very good high pace martial arts.
The first 10min, set the bar incredibly high, and it did not disappoint once

It was everything I wanted for another A21 arthouse film.
A24 I think. I guess if your into scenery and cinematography as a basis for a movie, this had it covered. The Jim Henson Muppet fox, the 3 young goons who capture Gawain without as much as a whimper and a disjointed if not disconnected storyline make this movie a slug. It is great art though!
I thought the themes it presented were really interesting and were done in an intentionally ambiguous way of storytelling. I agree it wasn't plot or dialogue driven, but I don't think it was supposed to be by any stretch.
It's about Gawain being tested and failing the 5 chivalric virtues (friendship, generosity, chastity, courtesy, and piety), and what that would mean for his life in an attempt to become an honourable knight.
It was absolutely not a casual watch or popcorn flick, but I loved it. I don't think it would have worked if it spelled things out, because the narrative and overall presentation being open to interpretation supports Gawain's confusions and struggles along the way.

Totally unbiased take.
We are lacking in big time martial arts films today so I am guessing this will be pretty welcomed for me too.
King of Staten Island was really good. I’m a big Pete Davidson fan, Bill Burr and Marissa Tomei were both excellent. I thought it was quite funny and had some nice heartwarming touches.

60s: The Party. Only because Dr Strangelove was already chosen.
70s: Animal House.
80s: easy, Trading Places by a mile.
90s: South Park the movie. Tough one. Several candidates. Ace Ventura, Clerks, half baked, tommy boy.
00s: Bad Santa. HM to Borat and Super Troopers though. (Superbad is terrible)
10s: my highest rated “comedy” is deadpool. Weak decade.
