Normal massages are definitely done naked, with a towel.

The leader of a federal party being caught in a rub and tug, late at night, regardless of the legitimacy of his massage, is definitely newsworthy. It would be even more newsworthy if it was Harper.

Would it change my vote if I were an NDP supporter, no, but what a freakin moron. He's either lying or an idiot...neither of which is good.

Meh, from a governmental perspective, I think both are non-issues at this point.

Can't say I care overly much about a creepy old man behaving like a creepy old man.

And the PMO dealt with Carson appropriately.

I've had a few massages, as has the wife. None have ever been naked. The folks we were out to dinner with this weekend whom we chatted about this with have had massages, none of which have been done naked.

I'm not saying there is never a legitimate reason to be naked for a massage - there obviously is. Jackoff showed a serious lack of judgement on this though, just like he did when he was caught living in subsidised housing and was shamed into moving, and just like he did being the champion of health care yet going to a private for-profit clinic for his hernia, then claiming he didn't know it was a for-profit clinic.

If Carson did indeed complete a criminal check and was hired anyway, then either Harper himself or someone on his team would have known of Carson's criminal history.
yup...

the current head of the RCMP, William Elliott, was responsible for giving Carson security clearance. At the time, Elliott was serving as national security adviser in the Privy Council Office (PCO), the bureaucracy that supports the prime minister

Harper says he was aware of Carson's fraud convictions in the 1980s, but didn't know Carson's criminal record was more extensive or that he received court-ordered psychiatric treatment before working for the PMO. He says that if he'd known about the new allegations against Carson, he would not have hired him.

"He was well-regarded. On that basis, the Privy Council Office gave him a security clearance," Harper said. "The fact is, I did not know about these revelations that we're finding out today. I don't know why I did not know."

Layton didn't know he was in a whore house and Harper didn't know about carsons most recent convictions and wasnt responsible for clearing him for security..

So..all even now?

Mission accomplished if the master plot behind this Layton leak was to get us to stop talking about real issues of concern.

Ah-ha! The leak was obviously orchestrated by the NDP themselves so people would be discussing this particular item of zero consequence over the last few days before the election instead of rightfully dissecting their party's unrealistic campaign promises!

CBC takes a look at the cables leaked by Wikileaks regarding how Canada's political leaders are viewed by U.S diplomats.

http://www.cbc.ca/news/world/story/2...a-leaders.html

Nothing earthshattering, but I found it interesting see see how outsiders view them.

Perhaps, but I think it's fair that Harper should have to live up to higher standards if he wants to, for instance, criminalize backing up your DVDs.

He is no longer a police officer.

But Jack wants to go after the Asian gangs in B.C. with his platform, and a asian gangs generate revenue by importing asian girls and forcing them to work in these types of Bawdy Houses.

I'm watching a voter call in show right now and it's pretty damn painful. Half of these people sound drunk and their arguments that they are making (regardless for what side) are all pretty specious.

That's probably because the callers are most likely not employed as even in Newfoundland it's only 4:20.

Yupp. Someone quoted that yesterday and it's already become one of my favourites.

Interesting. I am always naked at my dental appointments, although I may be doing it wrong.
