US pharmaceutical commercials are the worst commercials on television, bar none. "Here's a drug, look at how happy it makes all these fat middle aged people in this green, sunny park. Oh my goodness, one of them even caught a frisbee. Talk to your doctor to see if you still have the physical capacity to catch a f&#%ing frisbee by taking our drug."
|
Yeah this sucks. Doctors are already busy AF but take up more of their time by asking about a drug that may not be for anything that you need. Just stupid

It's not really a commercial I can't stand, but the guy in the eset commercial sounds exactly like Steve Carrell.

It really does. But it’s Chris Hadfield…I still always hear Carell though.

The new Bell internet commercial drives me crazy. A family shows up to a nice vacation property for a two week stay but runs out of the house in terror when they learn it has cable internet. So stupid.

I can't suppress being juvenile whenever I hear "Dust off your hammer" in the Home Hardware commercial.

Colin Gingell at Mercedes-Benz seems a bit too intense and personal on Fan960 ads. Do we need to know you are lactose intolerant?

The Amazon commercial by a god damn landslide. Every commercial break.

One reason why I can't wait until the playoffs end. So that Sporstnet stops playing that commercial with Chris Cuthbert creaming his pants over McAvi's goal.

"A regular checkup at your doctor, is that something that needs to be covered 100% by the government?"
Yeah, thanks NDP, got it. This person was on talk radio and podcasts for years and this is really the wrost soundbite you could dig up, that you will focus an entire months-long smear campaign around? Please, anything else at this point -- I will pay to go to my doctor for these ads to stop.

Every single one of these ads by both parties. Has an election even been called?

We have fixed election dates now (unless the Premier decides to call one early).
The writ officially drops on May 1, but everyone knows the election will be May 29.

Farmer's Dog.
Whenever that dog starts bubbling from the sides of its mouth I retch. There's no reason that needs to be on TV.

Those Skip the Dishes commercials with the two girls counting sesame seeds and whatever. Worst commercials ever, and incredibly annoying.

Commercials you can't stand!
A bit of an opposite take, Calgary Co-op’s cannabis ads are pretty funny like, “May Bong Weekend”, and “Flowers Mom will Love”, “Smokin’ Savings”.
It’s like they’re being written by Cheech & Chong.
