Got the SE 4 Door. Even went with the 4 Cylinder motor against my preference, but we were on a budget for the vehicle we might as well be on one for fuel as well.

Just spent almost 8 years with a 6-Cyl Escape and put 140K miles on it. It was a great vehicle, but it was terrible on fuel (at least in town) from day 1 and we've had some issues with the dealership we bought it from in the service realm.

We went to a different dealer, were treated great and I think we got a pretty good deal.

As far as liking it, it has an incredibly smooth ride. The interior is great, Synch system....6 months free Sirius/XM. Can't wait to drive it north in September! I'll let you know how much I like it as I spend some more time in it.

One thing is for sure, it's an attractive vehicle and I haven't heard anyone who has bought one say anything negative.

We kept getting this reaction when telling people we had bought it, "Oh, I hear those are fantastic cars."

Forgot to mention, it is taking some time for me to get used to riding low and having to worry about clearance when parking or backing out of 'steep' driveways etc.

Sweet rides, West Karma......

Having a little deja vu, where have I seen that name West Karma before? Oh yeah, there's a scumbag from my home town who (allegedly) stole a bunch of money from Alberta pensioners in a real estate scam with West Karma as his company name, but I'm sure that's just a coincidence. Hate for someone like that to be using Calgarypuck to network.....

Editing 3 year old posts is pretty weird. Only someone guilty would do that.

I doubt it. He probably whines a lot though and everything isn't his fault. He should be a man and take responsibility.

Yeah he hasn't only editted posts since the investigation began, but has gone back through his entire posting history and editted almost all his posts

He liked to talk about the things he owned, all of that probably bought with his stolen money. I remember he had a couple quads and had quite a few large price toys in the buy/sell forum

edit- looks like I'm wrong about the buy/sell stuff, he did try to get rid of his lease for a BMW, but other than that just a couple tvs and a foosball table

Seriously though who has the balls to perpetrate a fraudulent scheme through a company with the name "Karma"? I'd tip my hat to the guy if he wasn't such a tool.

He also tried to sell negative ion bracelets to minor hockey organizations so they could re-sell them as a fundraising tool, what a swell guy trying to help them out like that......

I would bet the mods have been contacted by investigators by now. I find it hilarious that he posted on a public forum under the name of his fraudulent company, making several posts about things he owned illegally

ill just go edit all my 750 posts, no one will ever notice
