A question that just came to mind. If a team scores more than one goal on a 5 minute major, what does that do to their PP percentage?

There wasn’t a trip or a high stick. There wasn’t any slewfoot either, as you can see there’s no follow through with his leg.
It wasn’t a penalty. It’s a horrible outcome considering how Gilbert landed, but there wasnt any infraction

We scored 5 on him through 2 so they pulled him to start the 3rd.

It's just considered one power play for each power play goal. They can't get more than 100%. If they score 2 it's considered they went 2 for 2. If 3, considered 3 for 3, etc.

Every time you score, it counts as a new powerplay. So, if you score 3 goals, the stats show you went 3 for 4 on the PP during those 5 minutes.

It was a reckless hit in a 6-3 game
1 million percent a penalty
Refs reviewed it and gave it a major...they don't just do that for no reason

3 for 4? Have I been wrong all these years? Apparently so.
Could have sworn as long as you get one that PP is 100% whether you get 2 or 3 or whatever. I did not know it reset.

I guess the backup can win you some games after all.
Great game. Vladar with 30 saves, and a .909sv%.
