I just checked the radar and the seeders have been fighting some fast storms from the NW that moved all the way from Rocky Mountain House down to East of Airdrie. Anyone get to see a light show?

I did 112 once in Paiute. Drank nothing but gatorade.

Driving in the cart felt like a blow dryer in your face.

No wonder we got such a good rate.

Golfed in 52c in Palm Springs, and blow dryer is accurate.

Played in 145 mins. Only positive is you don’t need to stretch.

Did 42C at Osoyoos Golf Club. The lady at the half way house had coolers with wet towels on ice in them. Super clutch by her and made a huge difference.

Crazy how far and high the ball goes when it's that hot out.

Incoming south Calgary. The deep SW has a cell blowing up right now and the rest of the city has a line that looks like it hit everyone. No seeders on the south cell yet. Possible another cell grows that will tag the north end of town. Wait and see I guess.

What apps does every one use to track tornado stuff?

I've been in Calgary 10 years and can only remember 1 tornadic event that even had me curious.

Living in Oklahoma during storm season it was like watching pro sports with the tv coverage. I just got a tornado warning alert on cell phone but can't find any info on it. I ran outside to look (our state's pastime in Oklahoma) and nothing looks even remotely worrisome storm wise.

Nonetheless would be good to at least have a good option I can check to see if there is any danger.

Intensity of the rain reminds me of the tropics.

What a night to be house-sitting for my sister, I'm down in Chap Valley and it's been quite the show.

Was out on a walk and at the furthest point from home when the skies suddenly opened up, just got drenched the entire 30 min walk home...was kinda fun! Glad I'm down here for this.

Got quite a storm in the SE.

Skittle-sized hail.

Rain turning into half-pea-sized hail this morning in NW. Coming down diagonally though.

Rethinking camping plans for Kananaskis.

The skies look scary right now and hopefully it doesn't screw up my flight that leaves in 1 hour. I don't want to be sitting in the plane at the gate wait out a weather delay.

Damnit, thunder and lightning over the airport now. This is going to suck. Of course when I travel something has to go wrong.
