No they aren't. The Flames performed poorly against a "weaker" opponent in round 1. They are now performing poorly against another "weaker" opponent.

I actually don't mind how flames are playing outside of transitions on turnovers. I'd like to see flames defense and high forward playing a bit more conservative.
But otherwise, the flames are playing well enough given context

They're clearly not playing well. If they were playing their best and losing you might have a point. They are good. They're not playing good. There is a difference.
