As long as he doesn't sound like Loubardius or Campbell he is in!

Just so sweet that Tkachuk was the one to tie it up with .1 seconds left and the boys go on to win in OT.

I love this team.

Yup.

The swagger coming out of that game must be sky high. Love it!

If the Flames end up playing the Oilers in the second round Kassian and Kane are going to have their hands full. I don't see anyone on that team stepping up physically besides those two, and Kassian has had several concussions recently. Things could get dicey.

Unless a team sweeps us or takes us out in 5 games there is NO WAY anyone is beating us in a 6 or 7 game series.

We will grind them to death.

Surely somebody on CP could come up with some simple and funny chants, and then through the number of CP members at the game could start some chants.....am I overestimating CP's numbers at a game?

Here are a site with lots of premiership ones....the key is that the best are almost inside jokes: https://www.besoccer.com/new/funnies...-chants-588626

I could see an oilers one (and there should be many) that would be "There's somethiiiiiiinnnnnnggg in the waaaattteeeerrrrr"

That is 100% on Rittich -- he needs to use his glove to seal the post. I think I've seen Markstrom use the back of his glove (since the objective is to plug the hole, not necessarily to catch the puck):

Rittich has a lot of really bad goaltending habits.

And deal with complaints from CP all game, every game? No thank you.

I don't think SNET would be cool with my constant use of vulgarity towards the opponents and Hailing Satan after each win either.

Too monotone. All his comments just black and white.

Not happy with the first round match up if it's the preds. They have played the flames tough.
Yah - he was a train wreck. Only had two assists.....

Missed the game last night. At about 10 o'clock my brother in law sends me a text. 'What a goal! Did you see that?'
I go to NHL.com and look at the box score (not closely apparently.) Watch the highlight video of the OT game winner.
'I mean, it's neat how it trickles through, I guess,' I think, and go to bed.
Check CP. Wonder what everone's losing their minds about.
Go back to NHL.com and look at the box score more closely...
Fall out of chair Vince McMahon style.

What a game. Possibly Lucic's best game as a Flame. Pure dominance on his part. Big guy is starting to get into the groove come playoff time.

I will take that game over one where he scores a 5 hole shot any time.

Over the last five years games in Nashville between the Preds and Flames have consistently been ones worth watching.

Don't know what it is but...

There were games with 6 goal periods, the one where Backlund scored in the last minute then the preds scored with even less time, the one where Tkachuk also tied the game in the last minute then scored between the legs in OT...

A series would be wild.

We always record games then watch them an hour or more so later so we can skip commercials.

So we were watching the Jays game last night, and the Jays had just given up 4 in the top of the 8th, and still only had 1 out. At that time, we decided to record the rest of the Jays game and watch the Flames game.

We eventually were live in our recording of the Flames game with about 4 minutes left in the 3rd, Flames down 4-3. Usually when we are live on our recording, we will either watch the game, or switch to something else for 15 minutes so we can continue skipping commercials on the recording.

My wife turns to me and says "Let watch the Jays lose, then come back and watch the Flames lose". Little did she know!

Watching the Jays comeback in 10 was fantastic. Switching back to the Flames game, was pure magic. My daughter, who has no interest in hockey, came by for the last minute and screamed at the tying goal. Maybe this will be a turning point for her? Winning in OT was just icing on the cake.

Honestly, the only downer on the whole night was that Rittich was the target of the beatdown. I really hope he finds success in the NHL.
