If Lucic lifted the puck more than 12 inches off the ice, he would easily have 4 more goals this season. He has had multiple opportunities like the Ryan pass this year

Exactly. Big changes are coming, we all know it now, I just want to see good play out of the guys who end up staying, as well as some meaningful progression on the part of our youngest guys. Establish themselves a bit under Sutter to round out the year as well.

I wish more goalie coaches would realize that in a high-desperation situation - ie the Lucic save cross crease - the two-pad stack is the best arrow in the quiver.
Hasek figured that out.
It wasn’t all flopping. It was liberal deployment of the two pad stack.
