Dono how ole is getting blame for this
Woodward ended any momentum they may have had from late last season by refusing to upgrade the squad
Cavani is a decent backup striker and gives a plan b
But matic isnt good enough right now, if you're gonna play essentially a front 4 since Bruno ain't offering much help defensively, that midfield 2 needs to be two double pivots
Maguire isnt horrible, hes quite good, but hes limited, he needs to play with a cb with pace who acts as the cover. Hes an in the box defender.

If this somehow leads to ole getting replaced by poch tho, it's a positive
But its woodward passing the buck again, ole isnt the biggest issue

Matic is ok. For me DM is not a problem spot.
The problem is you have a lazy sack of merde in front of him. Pogba imo is the problem.
