It's infuriating seeing s**t like that. I don't care what the damn score is or which team is losing. That hook on Tkachuk needs to be called. Obvious penalty is obvious.

Yes, I agree the hook should have been called. I was just saying Chucky sold it too, could have been 2 each.
Either way, the Backlund play should have never happened, the whistle should have gone already.

I played hockey to a pretty high level
When you're skating full stride like that without the puck, it doesn't take much to knock you on your ass from behind since you don't have the puck and aren't expecting a stick in your torso. It interrupts your motion and down you go
