And yes, I am going to write a book or short-stories or something to reflect my views and experiences.

I think Spacey is a d-bag and disliked him long before this, but like with Cosby - is it really fair for everyone and him employers/contractors to be prejudging him before he is even tried in a court of law?

Yes. He works in an industry where perception is 100% of reality, and one where job security is non-existent. He's profited from this environment for decades, now that it is working against him he has no basis for complaint, and neither did Cosby.
