Engelland pushed him into Johnson. That's not a Penalty.

Engelland drove Backes into Johnson. The head contact was a graze, and it was incidental. Right call was made.

Yeah, good non-call there on the replay. Ugly though, hope he's okay. Concussion spotters on duty

Great PK so far tonight. More aggressive than it has been in the past.

Timely aggression too. They're not running around or anything to put pressure on guys.

Another period like that and I feel we will be looking at extra time at best

Lots of Bruins pressure but never fell apart defensively. Some great saves helped too though

Tkachuk and his mouth guard, you'd think he wouldn't even wear one and just chew on a wad of gum or something instead, the way he always has the thing halfway out of his mouth between his teeth lol

Tkachuk is wonderful.
He's by no means a passenger on that line.

Ok...good 2 periods by the Flames on the road. Johnson is really in the zone right now.
They're going to need to come out with energy in the 3rd. A 1 goal lead probably won't hold up, so they need to get some chances in the Boston end.

Tcachuk skating around and throwing hits while chewing his mouth guard. I love the kid but that's pretty dumb haha

Good couple of shifts to end the period. Not our best period by any means, but Johnson has kept them in it. Hoping for a big 3rd so they can close it out.

You'd think after witnessing the awful time his dad's had with his teeth it would make him more aware of the consequences of not wearing it.

I don't get how you could see that play and think it should count.
