This. I was vocal in my frustration and not shy about pointing a finger at the coaches, because I saw a lot of things that were not working being done very consistently (particularly on break-outs and the PP), so it was hard to imagine that it was just the players making things up on their own rather than trying to implement systems. But jumping from "the systems are a mess" to "Fire the coach 5 games in!!!" is a leap way too far.
