On that note, I like what Gulutzan is trying to do with the special teams. Once players get used to it (and they players we're watching are regular NHLers) I think it'll work pretty good,

I'd say this about Stajan long before Wideman. Actually kind of nice to have veteran presence out there on the backend.

Had a friend with the same name and he said it "Chay-son" (Like Jason) or even like "Chay-song"

I agree on Stajan. Widemans eyehand seems to have degraded drastically, poor puck control in all zones so far if my eyes do not deceive.

I like how our PK is looking. PP also good but could be better. Overall impressed with the changes in special teams, and should only get better once our key players return to the lineup.

He's fine. Took a hard hit in the corner, looked bad at first, and he went to the dressing room. However, he was back five minutes later.
