Bennett is more skilled than Monahan and plays a meaner game at the same position. Gaudreau may get more points, but overall Bennett will be our best.

I really like the Tkachuk Bennett combo. This is what I was looking forward to from the moment we drafted him. If this can turn into something then we are in good shape with Gaudreau - Monahan / Tkachuk - Bennett. Just need to mix and match 2 RWs like Frolik and Brouwer and the top 6 looks incredible. Not to mention Backlund as a 3rd line C would be incredible depth. Hard not to get excited!

Kassian was jousting with Tkachuk. Because Tkachuk was spearing him in the faceoff circle.

Bennett had 'flashes' last season, but have to say he's single handedly taking over this game. Exhibition or not, that's a first I've seen of him in Flames silks, and cool to see.

I've been saying for a while that Bennett will be the face of the franchise one day and that he will overtake Monahan for #1 center. I saw him play a lot in Kingston and he has tons of juice. Very creative, skilled, dynamic and competitive. I really hope he reaches his potential!
