Then the seven year contract will sink in.

Oh yes this so much.
Especially if Ferland also scores a goal!

I'm all for Lucic looking like a baboon as well. The sooner the seven year contract sinks in, the better! In the off-season I thought we might have to wait a year or two...but by pre-season reports he might be so slow that the doubt and pity and whining and schadenfreude can start immediately!

Other than Rogers Place, can anyone suggest a good place to watch the game in downtown Edmonton tonight? Preferably somewhere I won't get stabbed...

If a 60 million, 50pt Lucic who's their top LW wants to throw down with our ELC 3rd line guy who might get 20pts, then I think the Flames would have no problem with that match up all day long

Lucic scraps with Bollig and Engelland. He's always been willing to fight enforcers, and then Brodie gets 5 min of freedom with someone who can skate maybe.

The MacTavish Cam will add a special filter; no matter what happens on the ice, Oilers and Sportsnet will be able to make the play look visually better.
The beer goggles app can be downloaded now prior to buying beers at the new rink; it makes a 16 oz beer look exactly like a 20 oz beer.
Finally, there will be a Rexall App, where you can shoot a video and overlay a jersey toss just like at Rexall. Special for early downloaders will be your choice of jersey numbers, including the limited edition 99 Gretzky Orange.

And if you act now, they'll even send someone over to your house to put your Trans-Am up on blocks on your front lawn.

I can't wait for the boo's to rain down on Versteeg tonight. Should allow the oil fan base to warm up their voiceboxes for the remainder of the Oilers' season.
