Ridiculous criticism. France was the favourite. They are the higher seed. Who would expect it to be a convincing win for Canada? The fact that France rarely looked dangerous speaks volumes to how well Canada played.

I never expected a convincing win but this was more even than the game against France in 2012. I thought we played well up until the time we scored and than we seemed to get nervous and played too defensively.
