Great new stadium, but just a horrible record at Investors Field.

This still looks to be a bad team; gonna go as far Willy will take them, so yeah....need another solution

Stegall also said O' Shea and Waters would be on the hot seat with a few more losses in a row. Winnipeg plays Calgary, Edmonton, Hamilton (Collaros back by Week 7?), and Toronto in the coming weeks.
I don't think it really matters who Winnipeg plays right now....

The only team I can see Winnipeg beating right now as a good bet is the Riders, and there next game is Labour Day so good luck there cuz that's an annual crap fest from the Bombers.

Maybe this year could be a bit different with a coaching change sparking the guys.

MOS has maybe a month left before he's fired. Bombers likely will go 1-6 and he'll be gone before labour day

They signed an overrated Harris and two redundantly small receivers so you can argue their best free agent signing was the kicker which is pretty bad when you consider how much Harris, Smith, and Dressler are making. That said as long as they have MOS as head coach nothing else really matters as the guy was and is still not ready (if he will ever be) to be a head coach. They are never disciplined and they get outcoached on a regular basis. His hiring is a mistake that Walters appears to be married to.

Unfortunately it appears plan B is LaPolice who is not a great head coach and for some inexplicable reason (we aren't talking about Gruden or Cowher that were successful prior to gong to TV) actually saw his stock rise for being out of coaching for a few years doing TV.

It's Bomber tradition to find a promising young QB and put him behind a porous offensive line to the point he gets shell shocked. He's clearly hearing footsteps in the pocket as he's not the same guy that was in his first few seasons with the team. They are paying Nichols pretty good backup money and I'm surprised they haven't thrown him in an attempt to get the offense going.

I agree with others who say Drew Willy has lost his confidence with this team. Winnipeg needs to move him out for the benefit of all. Guaranteed win night against the Bombers - good one Milt

think the Winnipeg D was good enough for them to win both of their home games. But jesus you can't defend Bowmans 60 yard contested catch in double coverage.

Not sure what happened to Willy from 2015 to now but he has regressed badly and looks done. Darvin Adams looks legit. As does Jace Davis. Guess the only postiIves you can take from a really bad offense IMO.

Very nice touch by Montreal and the CFL to play the French National anthem prior to the game

I feel that if you can review a ticky tack pass interference you should be allowed to challenge a trip

Nik Lewis sounds off on team in expletive-filled rant.

EDIT: Can't imagine a worse guy to have in the locker room than Duron Carter when your team is struggling. His attitude might poison the locker room soon if things don't improve in a hurry.

@CFL_News:
Kind of sounds like a team in disarray doesn’t it?
“It certainly seems & looks like we’re in trouble,” Duron Carter via @HerbZurkowsky1 #CFL

"My girlfriend tells me our offence looks too bland and she knows nothing about football.” - @DC_CHILLIN_8 via @HerbZurkowsky1 #CFL #AlsMT

Team players will never single it out, but not having a QB who can read the defence and make plays with what the defence gives you will pretty much kill any offence in football.

Watching the MTL - Ham game was not entertaining for me, because both Cato and Masoli can't read the defence and make plays. Too many missed opportunities where the QB puts his head down and scrambles or takes the sack. After a while it looks like its the OL letting the team down, but often those guys in the trenches just get tired when the QB fails to move the ball adequately. Its hard to take that punishment play after play if you lose faith in the QB to guide the offence.

Almost certain Nik Lewis doesn't spout off like that if Kevin Glenn played last night.
