Yeah, off the ice Kesler's about as big a deltabravo as there is in hockey. I have that on pretty good authority too. He's a really special person.

Word on the street is he's the kind of guy that won't even acknowledge his fans, including kids. It's really hard for me to cheer for any team he's on because I don't want to see that kind of human being experience any kind of success.
You're right, wishing a career ending injury is pretty harsh so I take that back, I was just irritated by the way he celebrated his EN goal. With that said, I hope he suffers bitter disappointment every single playoffs and I get to watch him in tears just like back in 2011.

I do agree about the way he celebrated his empty netter, those should almost never be celebrated. And also i think that pro hockey players almost have a duty to acknowledge thier fans, mainly kids.

I have some experience with #17. He is all about himself, and completely clueless about the world around him. Even total DB's like Bieksa and Burrows are descent guys off the ice.
Kesler is is same smug person on and off the ice.

Also, some other posters are going to claim I'm on the Ducks bandwagon because I selected 7 ducks out of my 10 man roster in the CP playoff pool, but they are just talking out their butts.

Ugh, I ahte the fact the NSH has fallen flat on their faces in this series. It's over next game for sure. Crazy how the Ducks play for Anderssen. I'm starting to think they don't let either goalie go next season. Why would they? They have cheap ELC's to come in and play for the spots they'll need to fill.
I don't like the Ducks one bit but either NSH is making them look unbeatable or they're already steamrolling and looking to murder the West.

I too had some experience with #17 back in 2014 in Vegas during a Avicii Concert and here's the picture to prove it.
He definitely wasn't too happy I snapped a picture of him, I thought I was gonna get kicked out after he talked to the security guy.

Well, I don't think "snapping a candid photo of you I can post online to prove I talked to you and can call you a dick" would really inspire bright feelings out of anyone.

I'm sorry, is your story about Kesler being a DB simply that he didn't like it when you snapped a creepy picture of him yet all he did was talk to security, or was there more to it?

There needs to be a code of conduct when you sign up for CalgaryPuck. In it would contain a clause that reads you will not wish serious injury on hockey players. If you break a clause in the code of conduct, you can get automatically banned.
