It wasn't from behind, nor from the front. Directly from the side. The puck was at the recipient's stick when the hit occurred. Regehr took one stride and coasted into the hit. I don't like slo mo when judging late hits - would rather see real time.
It's borderline for sure.

I can't see there being a suspension on that at all. It was late, but it wasn't contact to the head FIRST, at least IMO.
What we really need is to make them pay on this PP. If the Flames are to be a playoff team, we need to steal this game right now.
