Probably posted somewhere but JH lead all forwards in ice time - 24 mins. I guess because the flames were behind, but that's still a lot.

Yes. Famous example: Bourque changing to 77 to let Espos 7 be retired.

Went to see Interstellar in IMAX last night instead of watching this Flames game. Big mistake. Big big mistake.

So proud of this team. I thought the magic was starting to fade, the passes haven't been as crisp overall the last 2 games IMO, and the breakout passes have been so good all year. Playoffs or no playoffs, it's going to be a very entertaining year, and this team has proved already they won't lay down when things don't go their way.
Got 4 tickets in the corner the Flames attack twice for Wed. in SJ, should be a good one! Looking forward to showing a very disappointed Shark tank my heavily stained jersey from 1981.

Can I just mention how good Glencross was all night? Not just the two goals, but he's been flying out there on both the forecheck and backcheck all season, but dialed it up to 11 last night. He wanted that win.

Sorry for the late answer. It's not my anim gif, I just found it somewhere on the web.
But I guess the guy who made it probably recorded a short part of NHL 94 into AVI video using one of SNES or SEGA console emulators (or DOS emulator maybe), then just converted it to gif. The other way around would be to save multiple screenshots in the emulator and create an animation out of them.
Hopefully I have time to create my own.

I heard he was credited with 6 takeaways as well. Dude was a monster last night. Hopefully good things to come with him being a streaky player.

Had my staff party last night. So I PVR'd the game, went out and got drunk, then had a bunch of people over after the party was done to continue it at my place. I put the game on in the background and slowly everyone was losing interest when it was 4-2. Next thing you know, it's 4-3....then when it was tied at 4-4 everyone was jumping around and screaming. Ramo sealed the win in OT and at 3am, everyone in their suits and dresses is bouncing around my place like only 3am drunk people can.
Now I'm extremely hung over but I'm glad that it all wasn't a dream. Solid win of the boys. Win the next game on the road in ANA, and I'll be a full believer.

They won't.
Once Colborne and Raymond are back in game shape, the roster moves to make space will consist of Sven going back to Glens Falls and Seto getting waived. Neither have contributed nearly the amount Jooris and Granlund have. The amount of trust that Hartley has in Sven and Seto is pretty telling from their ice time last night.
I expect that upon the return of Colborne and Raymond, Jooris and Granlund get told to find an apartment.

I dunno, Wideman and Russell are playing 24+ min per night as well.
Maybe the 5/6 guys need to be upgraded to balance everything out a little more.

What about Jones and Stajan though? The numbers just don't work. Treliving has got to pull off a trade to keep those two kids in particular around.

In all of Adirondack's games I've watched, Wotherspoon is damned near ready for a call up. He's starting to look like unstoppable on the top pairing with Potter, which is how he looked at the end of last season with O'Brien.

Oh no... Glencross-haters will crucify you for this comment. I made a good comment on one player CP hated before after his good game and I pay for it.
I agree. Glencross was all over and really played well. I always think he's been doing his job every game but every player have some bad game once in awhile. They also make mistakes even Gio and Brodie but of course most of the time some people just see things when he makes mistakes. Glencross line was responsible for checking the Jagr-Cammy line all night. I thought they did well.

Flames take it and skate up the ice and tie the game while he takes nobody in the slot.

Yup. Jagr is the reason the Flames tied it up. Brutal coverage in the slot.
The guy is a beast, but it would have made my day if someone would have ran his ass over.

I've criticized Glencross for inconsistent play before, so I suppose that makes me a hater. He had a great game. Best I've seen for a long time. Full marks for effort and result.
Doesn't mean he doesn't get criticized in the future for poor play. This type of game is what frustrates people who do criticize him. That said, I think everyone I've seen who were critical were more than ready to praise him.
BTW, lots of people criticized Gio and Brodie during the game. Obviously everyone loves them - never met a Gio hater - so it's the exact same standard. It's funny though that someone would compare Gio's less than great game to Glencross' past games. The consistency level is quite different.
