I agree, but it's hard to change refs instincts overnight. They see puck contact first, put the whistle away.

Monahan probably shouldn't have played. He seems half a second out of sync. So many plays died on his stick or at his feet that period, especially on the 2 man advantage.

Sven is better to be playing in Adirondak, as opposed to be sitting beside Jones in the press box. Also, pretty sure this has already been discussed to death.
