Anyone else tried healing yet? I've heard Resto Shaman's are worst by a far margin, and I can feel it. Having to use 3 and 5 minute cooldowns on trash pulls in Heroics. AOE healing, which shaman's are supposed to be best at, is absolutely horrible now.

I was just thinking about levelling my priest to do some healing. I'm not a good healer, but I did it in Heroics in Wrath through Pandas as a deep alt. I always found healing on trash worse than bosses. No one is killing the same thing, all the mobs always get their interruptable casts off ... just chaos.

Are you finding the bosses even worse?

Priests are hands down the best healers right now, at least for PvP, so I imagine at least some of that transfers to raids. Every comp that runs healer has switched to Disc Priest.

I would say it goes:

Disc Priest >>> Holy Priest >>>>>Resto Druid = Holy Pally >>>>>> Monk >>>>> >R Shaman

My keybindings are pretty much default. It takes me at least a week to get comfortable to any changes.

Can't do that. Wrath till now, the name of the game was chain pulling multi-mob packs without CC and using AoE to burn them down.

The first time I was in a Heroic I though that maybe those days were over ... but I've quickly learned it's the same. I'm betting tons of players don't even have their CC on their action bars.

Doesn't matter though, I'm a warrior ... I'll cleave your sheep right in the face.

I just did my first weekly invasion in the garrison (got the shadow council from doing apexis daily in shattrath) last night and got gold ranking and received a nice pair of warforged boots for my Druid. Pretty much exactly like the first invasion you go through in your quest line at the garrison except you receive items and gold and resources for completing certain ranks.

Some are yeah, might be partially bad groups that don't know how to stay out of stuff. Feels kinda like Cata healing did at the beginning.

I run a holy paladin and have done nothing but heal through the last 3 expansions. My guild just started highmaul last night and the first couple bosses were beyond easy.

Nice mount nik-, I've been trying to get those collectable mounts in WoD. Kinda have to be there right place right time. I got the bloodhoof bull one from nagrand while I was leveling.

So I went full on with my hunter, he's now 628 I think, but damn the experience just in killing trash 100 mobs on my mage compared to my hunter is night and day.

I'm loving my hunter, so much fun, I even managed to get a legendary upgrade for a quest bow, and I'm just destroying damage meters in heroics.

So they buffed Mages, among others.

Last night I ran heroics and I was able to keep pace and in most cases be #1, especially for boss fights where I dropped the PC. Although is recount bugged and counts the damage twice ? Either way, even without PC I was able to keep pace at least.

For some reason Frost DK's got a slight buff, hunters MM got a debuff, Shaman and Fury Warriors also see a lot of love. Good on Blizzard for seeing they were wrong and attempting to make it right. Going to test the Fire changes in PvP tonight.

I ran a heroic Everbloom Wilds last night with a hunter that was full on stomping. Peaking at 30k on trash packs and hitting 23-25k on bosses. He wasn't very geared at all, pretty much Heroic Dungeon level.

It was pretty depressing as I was running around 15-18k, depending on the situation. And apparently Glad warriors are OP. I'm a bad.
