More like 6 or 7 years ago in the Mike Kitchen era.

4 or 5 years ago they were more underachivers, and made the playoffs in 2009.

Not until Hitchcock came on in 2011 did they get more out of the talent they had.

I think the builder (Burke) is there, and as soon as he gets a good enough read/large enough sample of the situation, he'll make the appropriate changes.
