This year with Oilers tickets you cannot print off tickets from ticketmaster until 48 hours before the game.

I've heard this is to try and prevent fans from selling their tickets in venues other than NHL ticket exchange. needless to say I think its bull####. They are my tickets, if I want to print them all off at the beginning of the year I should be able to do that.

Have the Flames gone the same route, or can you still print off tickets whenever you please?

That sounds pretty stupid. How else do you share season tickets?

I can print mine right now, so I assume everyone can.

As of yesterday I couldn't print my Flames tickets at home. I could forward them and sell them in ticketmaster though. Some people that ice transferred them to have told me they can't print their tickets either. I wonder if it changed today, with the paper tickets being delivered or if something is wrong with my account. I'll look when I'm home later this week.

When you sell on ticket exchange and pick seller credit, does it automatically gets applied to your account and lower your monthly payments? Or do you have to call your rep to apply the seller credit?
It gets applied as a credit towards the next season. The one thing that stinks is that you can't see what your credit is on your account. I keep all the emails and keep a list to keep track. I phoned and asked my ticket rep last year and asked if I could get a list of the games I sold and what my credit was at. He told me he was real busy and it might take a week or two to get me that info. I also have Kansas City Chiefs season tickets and I asked them for the same list. My ticket rep looked them up right away and told me over the phone. Then emailed the info to me right away.

Last season I attended about 13 games and sold the rest of my seats on the exchange with the proceeds going to my account. My renewal for two tickets was roughly $2,600. I had enough credit on my account that I only had to pay $800 to renew. That was in a season when the Flames stunk it up. I have already sold some preseason games this year and the New Years Eve game.

I do realize that it is probably easier to sell PL tickets because they are more affordable. That is part of the reason I haven't upgraded.

Thanks good to know. I will change mine now to send me a cheque instead. Great that you have KC tickets. I am on the waitlist of the waitlist for Seahawks

If you go to the seller account on the NHL ticketmaster sure you can see all games you've ever sold. I get every game paid out to me with a cheque. I'd rather have my money than someone else having it.

It's one thing in you could apply credits to your current year outstanding payments. But to wait till next season is too long. Especially for sales from this time of year. I also use a cashback credit card to make my payments each year.

I am sure the Flames would prefer you just leave the cash as credit instead of cash. They should give an incentive....like 10% seller fee if you want cash (what it is now), 5% if you take the payment in credit.

I noticed that if I sell it from my flames app link to ticket exchange, I only have seller credit. I submit my posting of ticket then I have to log into ticket exchange account from the website and change it to cheque. Do other STH has the same issue?
