The solace I take from the game is that it just reinforces my belief that the Canucks ain't winning the Cup this year. They're a good team, but they won't win the whole thing.

I wish Burrows would trip over his own feet and smash his face into the boards.

I like Max Reinhart. Any player that comes in and puts in a full effort in all 3 zones is ok in my books.

Maybe. But they're just missing..........something. They need a bit more heart and soul, and less goaltending drama. They're just.........off.

It would be good if the young guys did not have Tanguay and Cammallari as role models.

Not much substance to their games.

Ya know I've always defended sarich in the past because I like his style of play but he has been HORRIBLE generally this season. I could forgive it when he threw one of this hits like on marleau in the playoffs a few years back but he doesn't even do that anymore. Not sure he'll be back next season.

Those two have been close to terrible lately. Especially Tanguay, who was so smitten when Hartley was hired. Not playing with much fire this season.

They should have gone after someone like Clowe IMO. He could have played a good role for them in the playoffs. Instead they go for another diver to add to their swim team. Not going to do jack squat.

If they keep bringing up some kids from Abby I'll keep watching the rest of the games. It's been fun watching Reinhart out there tonight. Backlund and Horak too.

They're missing swagger. Something that a decent win streak could help them with. Having said that, I predict the sedins start putting up significantly less points over the next two years.

Did they just say the Flames get an extra pick if the Blues make the playoffs? Nice research there.
