I didn’t look real hard but it does appear ND and Clemson could play for the ACC title.
Good they play again. Bad it means one of them is out of the playoff. But I guess more good football is better for everyone. No one wants to see Clemson with the ACC title 63-7. That’s boring.
Oh and how funny/sad will it be if half the ND team misses the BC game next week with covid after their students stormed the field?

As far as my understanding, ND is considered a full ACC team for this year, including an ACC championship game, should they make it. I mean they better be, with how many ACC decals are on their unis & stadium - its been a running joke with ND fans all season, wouldn't be shocked to see an ACC decal slapped on Touchdown Jesus - ACC deff getting their marketing money's worth out of having ND this year. I have a strong feeling they will meet again this season.
I didn't start it on the PVR until after 9pm, what a game!! Still can't believe the Irish pulled that out at the end, all the mo' was with Clemson in the 2nd half. I know Lawrence was out and some key defenders, not fooling myself into thinking they just beat a full Clemson team. But still, what a huge W, given the way it played out.

I knew they were playing ACC schedule this year but they’re actually a member this year too?

For this season they are considered a full member of the ACC for playoff/conference purposes so yes, they are eligible for the ACC Championship.

@Castricone:
Wow. The last time @UW_Football opened the season against Oregon State was... 1918. On a Saturday in mid-November. Because of a pandemic.

I am well aware that 'reality' may well set in next week vs Ohio State, but Indiana as a top ten team? In football?

They'll get throttled next week although I would love to see that upset.
Last time Indiana beat Michigan, Penn State, and Michigan State in the same season? It's never happened until today.

A question you don’t expect to be asking yourself: I wonder if Michigan can beat Rutgers tonight?

They kept it close and left points on the table. They seem to be legit top ten team.

Indiana certainly impressed yesterday, would have loved to see the upset. Ohio State on the other hand looked underwhelming.
Penn State is 0-5 for the first time in program history.

Won $1000 on a $12 entry on draftkings on Saturday. Stacked up the OSU vs Indiana game and it got me first place.

First playoff rankings of the season are released tonight. This year is going to be interesting to see how it unfolds.

To quote myself things unfolded about as well as could be expected. BYU got jobbed more than they might have but they are in a tough spot. They had a good schedule which was wiped out when most conferences elected to not play non conference games and they were left scrambling to find a bunch of games.
Lot's of games cancelled/postponed this week due to Covid and it's starting to affect things if these games cannot be made up. Minnesota/Wisconsin cancelled ending the longest uninterrupted series in college sport at 113 years. Wisconsin is also no eligible for the Big 10 conference championship now as they will play a max of 5 games.
And Nick Saban has tested positive - this time for real and won't be coaching this week in the Iron Bowl.
