I don't ever want to hear Seahawks fans bitch about the refs again.

In about three hours when the refs carry the Packers to the playoffs, they will.

Not everyone wants the rules to change when games start to mean something.

What funny is on the attempted winning FG the ball was coming back . A longer FG actually would have been successful . The penalty may have caused OT

Lol. Baker being Baker at the end of that game. He sure showed why he isn't an NFL caliber quarterback.
Poor Lions. All those close games they managed to lose in the first few weeks of the season came back to bite them. But that was a horrible way to get knocked out. The refs inexplicably gift wrapped the game for the Seahawks.

Well if Seahawks fans wanted the Lions help, having them eliminated this way is not going to motivate them much. But I think all non-Seahawks fans are rooting for Rodgers to get crushed by the 49ers instead of the Seahawks.

Poor Lions should've beaten the Seahawks then, earlier this year. That's the tiebreaker if Detroit wins tonight.
If the refs didn't let a fumble get called as a very questionable forward progress stopped call vs the Raider, Seattle would be in the playoffs and tonight game wouldn't have mattered.

Uh... why? Those favourable calls don't really help anyone but the Packers here, which is obviously the main goal: get Aaron Rodgers and your premier NFC North franchise into the postseason. That should have been really obvious when they flexed this game to Sunday Night in a manner that could only help Green Bay. Money is what matters, not the integrity of the results.
I mean if the refs somehow come down on the side of the Lions tonight and the Hawks manage to make it in I'll change my tune a bit but we all know that's not going to happen, you can bet your house on the result of that game.

In some cases it just... is. There isn't room for argument. The NFL made a deliberate decision to flex a game to Sunday night in circumstances where it impacts the competitive balance in that game by taking away a big part of one of the teams' motivation to win it. They knew that was a likely outcome, and they did it anyway because it would result in more money. "Rigged" is too strong, but giving preferential treatment to certain players and stars because they're more lucrative is absolutely, without any question, what happened here.

Tankathon says 5th, not sure if it's updated though.

Was just going off of ESPN’s league standing page. It certainly looked to account for all 17 games except the one tonight
