New discovery for me. Kind of a Dylanesque element without sounding like Dylan.

Johnny and Matty Gaudreau's deaths have made me fall back on an old classic to help with the mourning process. I'm not religious at all (and btw, neither is this artist really), and yet this really helps me.
The lyric that always gets me:
"How could you believe,
that the life within the seed,
that grew arms that reached,
and a heart that beat,
and lips that smiled and eyes that cried,
could ever die"
Full lyrics
Spoiler!
Love, love, love
Love, love, love
Me and my friend were walking in the cold light of morning
Tears may blind the eyes but the soul is not deceived
In this world even winter ain't what it seems
Here come the blue skies, here comes springtime
When the rivers run high and the tears run dry
When everything that dies shall rise
Love, love, love is stronger than death
Love, love, love is stronger than death
In our lives we hunger for those we cannot touch
All the thoughts unuttered and all the feelings unexpressed
Play upon our hearts like the mist upon our breath
But, awoken by grief, our spirits speak:
"How could you believe that the life within the seed
That grew arms that reached and a heart that beat
And lips that smiled, and eyes that cried
Could ever die?"
Here come the blue skies, here comes springtime
When the rivers run high and the tears run dry
When everything that dies shall rise
Love, love, love is stronger than death
Love, love, love; it is stronger than death
Love, love, love is stronger than death
Love, love, love is stronger than death
Shall rise, shall rise
Shall rise, shall rise

I haven’t paid much attention to Interpol since about 2010 but that song is really good.
Hah! Well in the spirit of that thread AND this thread, here's what my wife turned me on to over the past month...(it's 4 years old, but was recently released on an album).
